Strategic plan

Our Strategic Plan 2023–2027 (2024 refresh) outlines our purpose and sets our vision and objectives for the next 4 years. It identifies a range of strategies to achieve these objectives, as well as key performance indicators, risks and opportunities.

We will GROW and protect Queensland's economy, environment and way of life by delivering on our objectives of:

• Great relationships
• Resilient communities
• Opportunity for industry
• Walking with First Nations Queenslanders.

Through these objectives we will ensure Queensland is prosperous and resilient, leading global food security and sustainability.
