The Australian Government's On Farm Connectivity Program is investing $33 million over 2 years to help primary producers use connected machinery and sensor technology.

The program helps primary producers use digital technologies to increase productivity, improve safety and promote sustainable farming practices.

In the first stage, the program will establish a list of approved suppliers who can sell on-farm connectivity solutions and related devices to eligible primary producers.

Round 2 of the program is now open to expressions of interest (EOI). This round will provide $18 million in funding to support eligible ag-tech connectivity solutions.

Eligible businesses must submit their EOI by Sunday 29 September 2024.
