Farm robotic machine in field crop

The Gatton Smart Farm is a showcase of the latest AgTech innovations in field robotics, sensors, drones, protected cropping, postharvest, cover cropping and strip tillage, and more.

Unprecedented demand has seen the Gatton Smart Farm team add an extra day of demonstrations on Thursday 2 November, but also the need to close registrations due to both days reaching capacity.

The Gatton AgTech Showcase brings together horticulture growers, agribusinesses, technology companies, consultants, researchers, and students from the Lockyer Valley, across Queensland and around Australia for a festival of technology and innovative ideas.

It's a great opportunity to see the latest in AgTech, with some being shown in Australia for the first time.

The AgTech Showcase features:

  • field robotics demos from Robotti, FarmDroid, SwarmFarm Robotics, Stout and more
  • postharvest and protected-cropping displays
  • farm data analytics and decision-support system displays
  • suppliers and research displays along with refreshments for networking opportunities.
