  • confirm the property owner’s email address to send a copy. You can still complete the form without the property owner’s email as a record of meeting your general biosecurity obligation
  • check with the property owner about how your personal information will be managed.

Traveller history

If you or any visitors travelling with you have been overseas within the last 7 days, notifiy the property owner or manager. Ensure you do not have direct contact with livestock or cropping areas.

If you or anyone travelling with you have visited multiple agricultural properties in the last 24 hours, you will need to take reasonable and practical steps to ensure you, your vehicle, equipment and machinery is clean and free of pests and diseases.

Q Fever

Q fever is a highly contagious disease that can be spread to humans typically from infected cattle, sheep or goats. Prior to entering a high-risk environment, determine if you are at risk of contracting Q fever and seek advice on whether vaccinations are necessary.
